Plan orders in PDF or CAD format will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours/1 business day*.
*Plans purchased with “options” or plan customization/modifications may require additional time to complete. Please confirm delivery time with your plan specialist.

When you license home plans directly from Design Basics, you may exchange the home plan† you licensed to build for a different home plan† one time at no charge (other than any incremental increase in plan price of the second plan) at any time within six (6) months of the original purchase. As our home plans are federally copyrighted and licensed to the purchaser, we do not allow returns. Please be sure of your selection before ordering, and if you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering.
