Meet the Designer
With more than 25 years working with Design Basics, Carl leads our design team as Senior Designer. He has designed 1000’s of single- and multi-family homes, ranging from 800 square feet to over 18,000 square feet for clients throughout North America, as well as in Russia, China, and other international locations.
Carl holds an associate degree in drafting and design, and a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering. Carl is instrumental in helping Design Basics’ customers realize their dream home.

Your thoughts…Palmer Place, by Pellis Construction
Palmer Place, and Arnold Palmer gated villa community in Unity Township, Pennsylvania, Carl worked with Jack Pellis of Pellis Construction to design a four-unit villa home plan for a build out of 11 attached units (44 total residences) and associated buildings.
